• Your email address and/or a daytime phone number
• The template's name and where you purchased it
• The problem, question, or customization you are asking about

You'd be surprised how many emails or phone call messages that are quite cryptic. The more information you give me, the better I can help you!

I try to respond to all emails within 1-2 business days. So if you don't hear back, please email again. It is possible that your email never reached me or my reply to you was bounced for one reason or another.

It is also possible I was out of my office for the day for family time, an off site appointment, or even for a vacation day or two.

While sometimes I might answer email on the weekend, please don't count on a response until the next business day. Please be patient! I am more than willing to help (provided your request is within reason ;-).

Please let me know if you are looking for a template we don't have, a certain theme or color design. We are always adding to our catalog, so suggestions are always welcome.
